What Mindarie floors need
For Mindarie we most often specify a flake system with a polyaspartic topcoat. It’s UV-stable so it won’t yellow beside a pool, the flake texture gives useful slip resistance underfoot when wet, and the sealed surface hoses down in seconds — which matters when salt and sand come in off the marina.
How it works

Not with the right finish. A flake system has natural texture, and we can add an anti-slip additive to the topcoat for wet areas — just tell us where it’s going.
Yes, provided it’s topcoated with a UV-stable polyaspartic. Standard epoxy on its own will yellow outdoors, which is why we don’t use it that way.
