On salt-etched outdoor glass — pool fencing, boats, vehicles — we restore first, then coat; already-etched shower glass we assess honestly.
Get my free quote →A hydrophobic coating is the heart of what we do: water sheets off, so scale and salt have nothing to grip, and cleaning drops to a rinse and a wipe. It suits everyday glass too — windows and glass doors that would otherwise streak and spot. On outdoor glass that's already salt-etched — pool fencing, balustrades, boats and vehicles — we restore the surface first with cerium-oxide polishing, then coat it. Indoor shower glass is different: polishing it back is possible, but inside a tiled recess it is slow, messy work and the labour usually costs more than a new screen — so a new screen is normally the honest answer, and we only take on the polish where you would rather pay for it. Where glass is still sound, a coating keeps it that way.

My glass looks permanently cloudy — is it ruined?
It depends where. Outdoor glass — pool fencing, boats, vehicles — can usually be restored and coated. Indoor shower glass is the awkward one: polishing it back is physically possible, but boxed into a tiled recess the slurry goes everywhere, so it is slow, messy work and the labour usually costs more than a new screen. A new screen is normally the honest answer — if you would still rather have it polished, we will quote that too. We assess and tell you straight before quoting.
