What Alkimos floors need
This close to the water we lean on UV-stable polyaspartic topcoats rather than a cheaper straight-epoxy finish. Straight epoxy chalks and yellows under that combination of salt and sun; polyaspartic holds its colour and stays cleanable, which matters when your garage door spends half its life open to a sea breeze.
