We only collect what we need to quote and carry out your job:

• Contact details you give us — your name, email address, phone number and the suburb or address of the property.
• Job details and any photos you upload through our quote form.
• Basic technical information your browser sends automatically when you visit, such as device and browser type. Our site uses essential cookies and an offline service worker so the pages load and work correctly.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Prepare and send your estimate and written quote.
• Contact you about your enquiry and arrange the work.
• Provide our services and keep accurate job records.
• Improve our website and the service we offer.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Photos and automated estimates

When you upload photos for a quote, those images may be processed by a third-party artificial-intelligence service to help describe the surface and generate an indicative estimate. An estimate produced this way is a guide only — a person always reviews the details before we send a firm written quote.

We also take our own before and after photos of the work we do. That record is what backs our workmanship guarantee, so we keep it whether or not the photos go anywhere else.

Showing photos of your job publicly

A photo of your job only appears on our website or social media if you tell us we may use it. We ask first, and no is a complete answer — it changes nothing about the job or the price.

When you do agree, we show the work and nothing else. We never publish faces, house numbers, street signs, number plates, documents, screens, or the name of your street or village, and we never name you. If you change your mind, tell us and we will take the photo down — though we cannot recall something another person has already shared.

Service providers we use

We rely on trusted providers to run our website and handle enquiries. They process information on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• Website hosting and delivery.
• Secure database and file storage for quote requests and uploaded photos.
• Email delivery for quote confirmations and replies.
• An artificial-intelligence service for reading uploaded photos, as described above.

Some of these providers may store data on secure servers located outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled with appropriate protection.

Storing and protecting your information

We take reasonable steps to keep your personal information secure, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry, complete your job and meet our record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your details at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep them by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. To make a request, contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Marketing

We only contact you about your enquiry or job. If we ever introduce occasional updates or offers, we will ask first and you will be able to opt out at any time.

Our website uses only the essential cookies and offline caching needed for the pages to function. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
